Consolidating Agriculture, Catalyzing Rural Revitalization
At Shiqiang Food, through our integrated farming base model, we have achieved centralized land management and enhanced utilization efficiency, enabling large areas of transferred land to be used for agricultural purposes. This approach not only provides local farmers with a stable source of rental income but also opens up new channels for employment. During the harvest season, we impose no age restrictions on hired workers and offer them flexible working hours. Furthermore, we settle their wages on the spot, ensuring they receive timely supplemental income. We plan to invest over 1,500 RMB per mu in harvest-related costs, with total investments ranging from hundreds of thousands to over a million RMB depending on the region and size of the farming base.
Through this model, we are able to enhance both land utilization and agricultural productivity, while also driving the development of related industries and increasing employment opportunities and income sources for local farmers. At the same time, we are committed to improving the rural environment and contributing to the well-being of local communities.
